Frequently asked questions
Are the recipes official?
No. Mijomix is independent and adaptations must always be reviewed. They are neither tested nor approved by the manufacturer.
Can I use a recipe from any website?
Mijomix first reads the page’s recipe card, then tries a second reading if needed. If the site blocks access, you can always paste the recipe text.
Do I need my Cookidoo credentials?
Never. Mijomix collects no Cookidoo passwords and sends no recipes to a Vorwerk account. After conversion, cook here, copy or print.
Can I send the recipe to my Cookidoo?
Not automatically: Cookidoo only accepts imports from its own recipes and the Vorwerk community. With “Prepare for Cookidoo”, Mijomix splits the recipe field by field (title, ingredients, steps, settings) so you can copy it yourself into “Created Recipes”.
When does a conversion count towards my allowance?
Only when a usable recipe is produced. Extraction errors and technical failures do not use your allowance.
Is the first conversion really free?
Yes. Create a free account, with no credit card: your first conversion is free. A failed conversion does not use it up.
How do the trial and cancellation work?
Your first subscription starts with a 7-day trial including 3 conversions. A credit card is required; you are charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before. After that, the subscription renews every month or every year and can be cancelled at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current period.
How do TM6 and TM7 conversions differ?
Each conversion loads only the technical profile of your saved model. A TM7-only feature, such as lid-free cooking, can therefore never appear in a TM6 recipe.
